FAQs

Any family in Essex County who struggle to provide diapers to their infant or toddler from the age of birth to 36 months (3 yrs. old). Also, Seniors or those with disabilities not receiving Medicaid are eligible to receive incontinence supplies (documentation required).

Unfortunately, we do not have an alternate day for pickup. If you can’t pick up your items on the 2nd Saturday please call or text us. You will be required to submit another application if you want to receive diapers for the following month. We are working on an alternative distribution day follow up on social media for this update.

Click the button on our website that says “Diaper Request” and complete the form. Please note that missing information from your registration form can void your request and make you not eligible for donations.

They sure can, just call us and give us their name and tell them to let us know when they arrive. They must have your documents and their
ID.

Visit our Let’s Connect area and send us information on a date, and time you would like to deliver donations as well as types of donations. Please be advised we do not accept opened packages of ANYTHING! We will reach out to you to let you know if we are accepting the type of donations you have and confirm delivery dates and times.

At the moment we are not taking on any partners for diaper, incontinence supplies or feminine hygiene products. We follow a direct services model which offers service directly to those in need.
We are open to collaborating and working with organizations to expand the reach of people who need basic necessities in our community.

Distributions are once a month on the 2nd Saturday. Note; please follow us on Facebook and Instagram for changes to distributions for the month.

We will announce when volunteers are need throughout the year on our social media pages. We need volunteers when we hold events. Our space is limited to our needs and leave us with little room to hold events but we do hold in outside facilities. Groups looking to do projects can contact us directly with plans.

Please bring an unexpired ID for proof of residency and a birth certificate for the child with your name as the parent. If you have custody or have adopted please provide that paperwork. This information needs to be provided every month.

Once you go through our Potty Training class you will receive a tote bag for yourself and for the child a potty book, certificate, training kit that includes 3 pairs of underwear and a wet bag just in case there is an accident outside to carry the used underwear.

Of course, you can just indicate it on the form in the NOTES section and provide all required information for additional child. remember, we only provide diapers to infants and toddlers up to 36 months that 3 years.

Only if you request them. On the diaper request form you would need to indicate that these supplies are needed. If you don’t indicate on your request form at the bottom you will not see them in your bag.
