Advocate for Policies
New Jersey has 3 Bills that are aligned with MCDBEC’s mission. The first relates to baby diapers which is A3544 which will permit certain public assistance recipients to use benefits to purchase diapers. The other is related to Feminine Hygiene A1930 which requires DHS to establish a pilot program covering menstrual hygiene products under Medicaid and NJ FamilyCare. Then there is ACR150 for Incontinence which memorializes Congress to enact legislation to provide Medicare coverage for incontinence products.
